Oil spill protest: Lawsuit alleges rough, illegal arrest of 74-year-old pier owner
A lawsuit filed several weeks ago alleges that a state conservation officer injured and illegally handcuffed 74-year-old pier owner Ronald Cecil “Mac” McRae while trying to shut down fishing last June during the Gulf oil spill.
