Stabbing lawsuit can proceed, appeals court says
A lawsuit filed by San Diego woman who was stabbed in the parking structure of a University City shopping mall three years ago can proceed to trial now that an appeals court has reversed a judge’s earlier ruling in favor of the defendants.
